De Sousa on mindset behind superb comeback victories at PDC World Darts Championship: "I don't have nothing to lose"

Jose de Sousa came from 3-0 down and the verge of defeat to dump out Ryan Searle and set up a meeting with Gerwyn Price in the Last 16 at the PDC World Darts Championship.

De Sousa sees doubling as the difference as similar to his Whitlock again, he finally kicked into gear when it mattered most.

"I feel great, if you see my first three sets I missed so much on my doubles so to win that game was tough for me. My first time in the Last 16 at the World Championship so I'm very happy," said De Sousa post match.

"I play always well, it was just my doubles that didn't work. After the first three sets, they started to work and it changed the game."

He also offered up his mindset behind his comeback win and how he feels when he goes down.

"I don't have nothing to lose. Try to make pressure on my opponents and maybe it's the only way the game can change. I do it twice and I do it again today. I am very happy with the darts and it is what it is."
