On Saturday, the Tour Card qualifying tournaments for the eleventh and twelfth Euro Tour tournaments of the season were played. Ten starting spots were up for grabs at both tournaments.
There were two players who managed to qualify for both the Hungarian Darts Trophy and the Swiss Darts Trophy.
Wessel Nijman and
Dirk van Duijvenbode managed a double. They were the only players to achieve qualification success twice.
Nijman and Van Duijvenbode were joined at the qualifying tournament for the Hungarian Darts Trophy by Martin Lukeman, Darren Beveridge, Leighton Bennett, Gabriel Clemens, Lukas Wenig, Scott Williams, Keane Barry and Florian Hempel.
In the qualifying tournament for the Swiss Darts Trophy, Mike De Decker, Cameron Menzies Karel Sedlacek, Jermaine Wattimena, Madars Razma, Richard Veenstra, Ryan Meikle and Graham Hall managed to secure qualification as did Nijman and Van Duijvenbode.
Later this year the Czech Darts Open (Oct. 18-20) will also be played. The PDC has yet to announce the automatically seeded players for this tournament.
