Dobey sees off Smith in best-of-31-legs practice match

Chris Dobey and Michael Smith challenged each other to a best of 31 legs match on Tuesday evening to the delight of darting fans due to the lack of action at the moment as a result of Coronavirus.

Dobey and Smith played over DartConnect and broadcast from both perspectives on Facebook Live. It seemed to be a fairly easy win for Smith in the early going.

He went 11-4 up after fifteen legs but after that, Dobey started a successful comeback. In the nineteenth leg with an 82 finish, he reduced the deficit to 11-8.

Following that, the next two legs went to Smith but the catalyst was an excellent 170 finish for 'Hollywood' and later he hit a 160 checkout to make it 13-14 before then following it up with three legs in a row after the 28th leg went to Smith.
