Field confirmed for 2022 Grand Slam of Darts after Tour Card Holder Qualifier

After Sunday's Tour Card Holder Qualifier, the Grand Slam of Darts line-up has been confirmed for the draw tomorrow which will confirm the groups in full for November 12-20 in Wolverhampton.

The top eight names in Pool A are already in a group and will have a name picked out from each of the pools to join them in a group.

Gerwyn Price is the defending champion and will be in Group A, Peter Wright will be in Group E and Michael van Gerwen in Group G.

While the top players who have qualified through major wins/finals or ProTour/European Tour for example Nathan Aspinall, Joe Cullen, Dirk van Duijvenbode, Damon Heta and Simon Whitlock will all be with a big name.

In Pool C, it features the eight players who sealed victory this afternoon including Raymond van Barneveld, Alan Soutar, Mensur Suljovic and Martin Schindler.

The final pool comprises the secondary tour winners in the likes of Fallon Sherrock, Lisa Ashton, Leonard Gates, Scott Williams and Christian Perez among others.

Josh Rock is in Pool C due to his World Ranking being ahead of Adam Gawlas who drops into the final pool as a result.
