Daryl Gurney has seen both Rob Cross and Gerwyn Price falter tonight which could give him the chance to escape Premier League relegation and he has boosted those chances with a brilliant win over Chris Dobey 7-2.

Gurney as a result has registered his first maximum points haul this year in the Premier League and it is a victory which could prove pivotal later on in proceedings.
Dobey averaged just 76 in the early going as he couldn't find his best darts and as a result, Gurney took full advantage racing into a 4-0 lead as he headed into at least a point.
He had a chance to make it 5-0 but he passed it up and as a result, Dobey returned to make it 4-1 and get himself off the mark.
Gurney continued to build towards the victory and this included Dobey missing double 16 for a 112 checkout which allowed Superchin back to make it 6-1.
A consolation hold from Dobey prolonged the tie but the Northern Irishman finished proceedings off from there in a win that not only is good for his points total but also leg difference.
