Luke Humphries has produced some sublime displays in recent years at the PDC World Championship and has set his sights firmly on staying in the top 32 in the World.
Humphries said that for him, it's his sole aim and that if he can keep performing at the Alexandra Palace, it'll take him a long way to achieving that goal.
"I'd love to get to a semi-final. I've had two great performances against me in the Quarter-Finals with Michael Smith in 2018 and Peter Wright 2019." said Humphries to Online Darts.
"They both played brilliant, I thought I played well as well but obviously I can only keep doing what I'm doing. I'm only young I think I get a lot of criticism, as I've done really well in the World's everyone thinks I should be in every tournament but I'm still learning."
"If I can keep performing at Ally Pally, it's a great pay day for the rankings. I want to keep up in the top 32 in the world, it would mean a lot to me. Whether I didn't break the top 16 in the World, it wouldn't bother me. If I could keep in that top 32, it'd mean the world to me."
