Huybrechts produces sensational 'Wrightwash' with 107 average, set to face Aspinall in Players Championship 17 semi-finals

The semi-finals are set at Players Championship 17 with only one player left without a PDC title to his name and that is Scott Williams albeit he has been a player on the cusp for sometime after some sublime runs as an Associate Member. He now plays Chris Dobey.

But it is Kim Huybrechts who stole the headlines in the Quarter-Finals producing a sublime Wright-wash against Peter Wright seeing off the World Number One in a 6-0 win with a 107 average as 'The Hurricane' begins to hit form again at the right time before his favourite tournament, the World Cup of Darts.

Next up will be the only player with a title to his name this year left in the field being Nathan Aspinall who saw off Mike de Decker who produced a poor display after a great run today.
