Quarter-Finals confirmed at Players Championship 17 including Wright-Huybrechts and Dobey-Van Duijvenbode

The Quarter-Finals are set at Players Championship 17 with Peter Wright, Dirk van Duijvenbode and Rob Cross the leading names still in the reckoning in Niedernhausen.

Nathan Aspinall who has already won a ProTour this season is in the first Quarter-Final facing Mike de Decker who ended the run of Steve Beaton 6-4 with a 102 average. While it was Jim Williams who fell to the Asp in a near mirror average.

Peter Wright is in the second Quarter-Final despite not being at his best all day while Kim Huybrechts is his next opponent who was superb in knocking out Damon Heta 6-4 with a 104 average.

Chris Dobey edged past Simon Whitlock 6-5 and faces yesterday's finalist, Dirk van Duijvenbode. While in the last Quarter-Final, Rob Cross faces the ever in-form Scott Williams.
