"I love playing on the big stage in front of a crowd" - Confidence continues to grow within Littler after reaching World Youth Championship final

Last Sunday, the first stage of the PDC World Youth Championship was completed. In it, Luke Littler qualified for the final.

Littler will take on Dutchman and main rival this season on the PDC Development Tour, Gian van Veen in the final, to be played on the Nov. 26th, the final day of the Players Championship finals. If the Development Tour is anything to go by, this be the first in a long line of TV finals between Littler and van Veen.

"This is a massive achievement in my career," said Littler, winner of five Development Tour titles throughout 2023, as well as enjoying success on the MODUS Super Series. "It's my first year on the Development Tour and my ambition at the start of the year was just to win one Development Tour event, and now I've finished the year as runner-up and I'm in the World Youth Championship final!"

The still only 16-year-old Englishman continues to impress. "It's been tough but I'm so happy to get through. I love playing on the big stage in front of a crowd, and hopefully it will be packed out when I play against Gian."
