Gordon Mathers and Haupai Puha have been added as the final two players confirmed for the World Series of Darts Finals taking place between September 16-`18 at AFAS Live in Amsterdam.
Mathers enjoyed a run to the semi-finals of the Queensland Darts Masters with victories over Fallon Sherrock and Michael Smith and earned him the Kyle Anderson Memorial Trophy for most impressive performance by an Oceanic player.
Meanwhile, Puha has been confirmed for his debut after defeating Jonny Clayton in Townsville and also playing in Wollongong and goes along with inviting players who have played on the World Series instead of potential outside picks.
Among the leading lights in Holland include top seed Dimitri van den Bergh, with Gerwyn Price, Peter Wright, home hero Michael van Gerwen and defending champion Jonny Clayton also involved.
As are Michael Smith, James Wade, Joe Cullen and Gary Anderson solely through the World Series Order of Merit as seeds. Peter Wright who missed the triple-header in Australia and New Zealand due to surgery is not seeded and will be in action in the first round.
Other notable names include Fallon Sherrock, Dirk van Duijvenbode, Simon Whitlock, Damon Heta and Leonard Gates who will all be in the first round alongside previous qualifiers including Devon Petersen, Dave Chisnall, Vincent van der Voort and UK Open champion, Danny Noppert.
