Four Players Championship tournaments are scheduled from Wednesday, Oct. 18, through Saturday, Oct. 21. With a total of six more floor tournaments ahead toward the World Darts Championship, the conclusion of the Pro Tour season is approaching.

Most PDC Tour Card holders are therefore also in attendance. Only Corey Cadby, Adrian Lewis, Christian Perez and Lewy Williams have not signed up, while Pascal Rupprecht is only skipping Players Championship 28. The replacements are Owen Bates, Cameron Crabtree, Christian Kist and Berry van Peer. John Henderson will take Rupprecht's spot at the final tournament of this four-part series.
A total of 100,000 pounds in prize money is distributed at each Players Championship tournament. The winner of the event will receive a check for 12,000 pounds.
