The PDC Women's Series returns today at the Robin Park Tennis Centre in Wigan with the top names in the women's game competing for the £2,500 top prize.

The top eight players on the rolling 12-month Women's Series following Sunday's action will seal their spots in the Women's World Matchplay which will be held in Blackpool on July 26.
Events 13-14 will take place on Saturday before Events 15-16 round it off on Sunday. It starts at 10am BST each day.
Beau Greaves still dominates but she was stunned multiple times last double header including as Vicky Pruim picked up a maiden title. She also lost to Rhian O'Sullivan prior to that in Event 11. But she has since reached another ProTour semi-final and is now seeded.

Greaves aims to resume dominance

Greaves though, could soon have the issue that she may be banned from playing the Women's Series if she reaches the top 64 due to PDC rules and so other players might breathe a sigh of relief due to her dominance.
As well as Greaves, there are the usual faces, including Fallon Sherrock and Lisa Ashton, among others. Albeit, Noa-Lynn van Leuven is not allowed to play due to a recent IOC ban on transgender players, which has been taken by the PDC so she can no longer play in these events.

The prizes on offer include spots at the Women's World Matchplay, which is done on a year-round system from July when the event takes place, until the following season, so it is well underway. While the PDC World Darts Championship and Grand Slam of Darts offer a multitude of spots. Unlike the Challenge Tour or Development Tour, there are no Tour Cards for the champion. All action is on PDCTV or DartConnect with two tournaments on Sunday.

Beau Greaves doubles up, claims 57th title

Beau Greaves has doubled up. After losing in the last two surprisingly, she is back on form.
Greaves has seen off Karolina Ratajska 5-1 in the final. She also defeated Aoife McCormack again 5-3 before the defeating Aileen de Graaf in the semi-finals with a 100 average.

Prior to that, Wendy Reinstadtler, Gemma Hayter and Jo Andrews she defeated. Fallon Sherrock for reference lost to Ratajska 4-2. Lisa Ashton lost to Wendy Reinstadtler in the Last 32. So not a great day for the other leading lights.
Greaves returns to try and win two more titles tomorrow. As she edges towards the top 64, it could be some of the final times she wins one.

Beau Greaves seals 56th title

Death, taxes, Beau Greaves winning titles. The queen of Women's Darts is at it again scooping a 56th title.
She has seen off Vicky Pruim who won the 12th event and very much has put her Women's World Matchplay hopes into real play. She needed a great weekend but has continued her form despite a huge loss to Greaves.
