PDC Women's Series 7 and 8 Round-Up and Draw | Beau Greaves sees off Fallon Sherrock with near-100 average to take another title in Wigan

The PDC Women's Series returns again on Sunday with Events Seven and Eight taking place in Wigan with Beau Greaves aiming to continue her darting dominance.

Greaves will play this weekend with her not playing in the European Tour and also unlike last time, she won't be playing ProTour as there is no action other than Premier League next week so it is an empty week. There will be two Women's Series events today after two yesterday.

As well as the queen of the Women's Series, the Queen of the Palace in Fallon Sherrock will be one of the leading lights involved this weekend, alongside Lisa Ashton, who last time out made a habit of running into Greaves in the final of each of the Women's Series tournaments.

Noa-Lynn van Leuven is also involved in the hunt for titles as one of the leading lights in action in Wigan this weekend with Aileen de Graaf, Rhian O'Sullivan and Women's World Champion, Deta Hedman also involved. All aiming to stop the continued rise of the now Tour Card holder in Greaves who has gone from strength to strength.

The prizes on offer include spots at the Women's World Matchplay which is done on a year rolling system from July when the event takes place until the following season so it is well underway. While the PDC World Darts Championship and Grand Slam of Darts offers a multitude of spots. Unlike the Challenge Tour or Development Tour, there are no Tour Cards for the champion. All action is on PDCTV or DartConnect with two tournaments on Sunday.

Beau Greaves took the title at Event Seven. Making it back to back title victories following her very rare slip up in Event Five on Saturday afternoon.

After dominant wins over Steph Clarke (5-1) and Jo Locke (5-0) in the quarter-finals and semi-finals respectively, the women's darting icon saw off her old rival Fallon Sherrock 5-4 in a dramatic final, averaging 99.16 to Sherrock's 95.98.

Sherrock en route to the final had beaten Kim Holden 5-2 in the quarters, before denying Event Five winner Lisa Ashton 5-4 in the semi-finals.
