Searle, Gurney and Gilding move into final day at European Darts Grand Prix

The line-up for the final day of the European Darts Grand Prix continues to take shape with Ryan Searle, Daryl Gurney and Andrew Gilding moving through in Stuttgart.

Searle won 6-2 against Adam Gawlas and took revenge for his defeat against the Czech last week in Prague. Searle was particularly strong on the doubles, with a 60 percent on the doubles. He faces Damon Heta in the third round on Sunday afternoon.

Daryl Gurney triumphed in a very mediocre match, 6-4 against Eddie Lovely. Gurney barely managed 84 average, Lovely only 77. 'Superchin' will face Joe Cullen or Rowby-John Rodriguez in the last sixteen.

Andrew Gilding had a great 6-5 victory over defending champion José de Sousa. 'Goldfinger' profited from a bad day in the office for the Portuguese, who only averaged 84. Gilding had an average of 88.
