Seeded players confirmed for European Tour Events 9-10 headlined by Humphries as Van Gerwen and Smith skip Sindelfingen

The top 16 seeds have been confirmed for European Tour events 9-10 which will take place between 26-28 May and 30 June - 2 July with the European Darts Grand Prix and European Darts Matchplay in Sindelfingen and Trier.

Luke Humphries and Dirk van Duijvenbode will lead the seeded names for both tournaments. Michael van Gerwen is the main name to skip Sindelfingen.

Gerwyn Price will miss the next four due to not going to the qualifier but with the last few following the current Order of Merit, he will return. Michael Smith will also skip Sindelfingen, while Peter Wright won't play in either.

While for Florian Hempel, his free spot has ceased and he will need to go to the qualifier.

Ricardo Pietreczko will instead join Gabriel Clemens as the top two non qualified Germans at both tournaments.
