Smith in top-3 of Euro Tour Order of Merit after final victory in Munich, Aspinall into top 10

Gerwyn Price is still the leader on the Euro Tour Order of Merit after the German Darts Grand Prix. 'The Iceman' lost in Munich in the third round to Michael Smith, who also eventually took the title at this Euro Tour tournament.

Price's lead may well come under pressure in the coming months. Indeed, Price is missing from the next four Euro Tour tournaments.

Michael Smith seals sixth career European Tour title with German Darts Grand Prix triumph over Nathan Aspinall in Munich

Smith rose to third place through his final victory in Munich, and is also ahead of Dave Chisnall.

Nathan Aspinall is also into the top 10 after his run to the final moving into ninth place.

At the end of the season, the 32 best players in the final rankings will compete in the European Championship in Dortmund. This tournament is scheduled from 26 to 29 October.
