Smith too hot for Heta with incredible 111 average, King surges past Dobey

The last Quarter-Final of the Dutch Darts Championship is confirmed with Michael Smith continuing where he left off last week in the Premier League with a stunning display to down Damon Heta 6-3.

Smith quickly took a 5-1 lead albeit with Heta from there still showing some fight asking the question of Smith but 'Bully Boy' surged through with an 11-darter finishing with an incredible 111.10 average en route.

He will now face Mervyn King with the Bradwell ace not experiencing any issues in seeing off Chris Dobey with ease 6-1.

After seeing off Gerwyn Price yesterday, King is now into the final session in Zwolle producing an 87 average, two 180's and 50% on his doubles with Dobey averaging more but the tale of his tie was his doubling as he missed seven darts throughout the contest.
