James Wade had an excellent weekend at the Czech Darts Open. 'The Machine' managed to make it to the semifinals, in which he lost to eventual winner Luke Humphries. However, one thing was discussed even more than his good performance: the double of Wade that could be seen in the audience during the weekend.

During his match against Nathan Aspinall in the second round, a man in the audience was spotted looking very much like James Wade himself. The spectator was pictured several times throughout the match, causing hilarity among other fans in the audience and the commentators.
After Wade won his match, he stood on stage for his stage interview, where Philip Brzezinski confronted the Englishman about his doppelganger in the audience. "Yeah I saw him, he looks just as good as me," 'The Machine' said with a laugh, after which they mocked each other and gave each other the thumbs up.
A day later, a photo surfaced online of Wade together with his doppelganger, showing once again how much the two look alike. After the man in question went so viral on Saturday, he was once again spotted among the crowd on Sunday during matches of "The Machine. Whether he can dart as well as the real James Wade, however, remains to be seen.
