On Monday, qualifying tournaments open to PDC Tour Card holders for the
German Darts Open and
Hungarian Darts Trophy were played. Seven players qualified for both tournaments.
Among others,
Gian van Veen had a successful qualifying day with two Euro Tour qualifiers. As a result, the 21-year-old Dutchman took a good step towards qualifying for the European Darts Championship. The same also applies to multiple major winner
James Wade.
Belgian
Mike de Decker also secured a starting spot for the events in Jena and Budapest.

Madars Razma were the other players who managed a double.
