Raymond van Barneveld and Danny Noppert both booked their places in the quarter-finals at the World Series of Darts Finals in Amsterdam.
Van Barneveld went through after beating Jermaine Wattimena 6-4. The five-time world champion broke Wattimena's throw in the third leg and managed to keep this break throughout the match. Barney ended the match in style with a superb 11-dart leg in the tenth leg.
Noppert celebrated a 6-1 victory over Gary Anderson, who only averaged 71. The Dutchman took a 4-0 lead, before Anderson put his leg on the scoreboard. Noppert then hit a 104 checkout and a 20-dart leg to demolish the Scotsman. Ian White knocked out Peter Wright to reach the quarter-finals.
