World Cup of Darts draw: Welsh duo Price and Clayton face Finland, top seed England takes on Brazil

The PDC has confirmed the draw for the World Cup of Darts. Defending champion Wales, represented by Gerwyn Price and Jonny Clayton, opens the tournament against Finland. Top seed England, represented by James Wade and Dave Chisnall, take on Brazil.

The Netherlands will play Denmark in their opening match at the World Cup of Darts. Michael van Gerwen and Dirk van Duijvenbode will take on Andreas Toft Jørgensen and Niels Heinsøe.

Peter Wright and John Henderson, the latter replaces Gary Anderson, are meeting China in the opening round. Belgium of Dimitri van den Bergh and Kim Huybrechts take on Greece in the first round, while Simon Whitlock and Damon Heta start against Italy.

The World Cup of Darts will be held from 9 to 12 September in Jena, Germany. The event was won last year by Gerwyn Price and Jonny Clayton from Wales.
