Rhian O'Sullivan has long been one of the best players in the women's game on the WDF circuit and when she plays PDC Women's Series. But the Welshwoman won the Dutch Open on Sunday defeating Lerena Rietbergen in Assen to seal it.

The biggest darts tournament in terms of number of players, it is a real test of a players metal and one that saw O'Sullivan encounter a familiar foe and one that has perhaps prevented her from winning many more titles in Beau Greaves. But O'Sullivan said after the final she didn't want to rest on her laurels after dumping out the favourite.
"I've come here for a few years now and I've never done it so I'm over the moon with it. I know yesterday beating Beau who is the current champion of the last few years, I knew I had a chance but that I had to play well. I'm happy," said O'Sullivan to Darts Actueel.
"I just tried to gain on my experience and play like I can and it happened so I started off well and gained on that."
Now though there is a dilemma for O'Sullivan who said she is focusing on the PDC Women's Series this year anyway but is now qualified for Lakeside already. She nearly accomplished it at the Las Vegas Open two weeks prior losing to Deta Hedman but now is officially in.
"There's (PDC) Women's Series that I'm focusing on this year. But it's all up in the air now. I know I'm qualified for Lakeside so I don't know. I haven't really planned it much to be honest."
"You have to keep your arm in because the standard is so good at the moment. You've got to keep playing or you lose your edge."

She was also asked whether she plans to play Super Series again and said that she has been invited back.
"April I think or May. I think it's a Women's week but I've been asked to play in the normal week as well. It was a bit of a mistake (last time) week before Lakeside. It knocked my confidence a bit. But you live and learn. The standard of the men is so amazing, it's going to knock you down a bit so I don't know yet."
