The playing schedule for the WDF World Darts Championship 2024 has been announced by the World Darts Federation (WDF). A Belgian and a Dutchman have been given the honour of opening the tournament at the iconic Lakeside.

The men's field consists of 48 participants, 16 of whom have been directly admitted to the second round. The remaining 32 men will start in the first round. Brian Raman and Corne Groeneveld are the first two players who will compete for a spot in the next round on Friday, November 29.
The first two rounds in the men's will last through Wednesday, Dec. 4. The second round in the ladies is completed on Thursday, December 5. On Saturday, November 30 is the first day with two sessions, among others Anca Zijlstra and Jarno Bottenberg then enter the oche in Frimley Green. A day later it is the turn of Sybren Gijbels and Lisa Ashton.
On Monday, Dec. 2, Lerena Rietbergen, Moreno Blom, Paul Lim and Deta Hedman, among others, will play their first match. Jimmy van Schie is scheduled to play on Tuesday, December 3, as is Beau Greaves.
The men's and women's tournament quarterfinals will take place on Friday, Dec. 6, followed by the semifinals on Saturday, Dec. 7. Sunday, Dec. 8, is finals day with the finals of the girls', boys', women's and men's tournament taking place consecutively.
