'Ice Ice Baby,' 'Don't Stop Believin' or a third option? Gerwyn Price unsure about walk-on song in Premier League Darts

Gerwyn Price surprised his fans in Cardiff last week by not walking out to his usual walk-on song, Vanilla Ice's "Ice Ice Baby" during the first round of Premier League Darts play.

The Welshman decided to give Journey's classic hit, 'Don't Stop Believin' a try. However, Price remains unsure about whether or not that song will return tonight for Night 2 of the 2024 Premier League Darts campaign in Berlin.

Price could easily make his walk to the stage Thursday night in Germany with a completely different song. “It was pretty decent, probably a bit flatter than what I thought," he says of last week's entrance in quotes collected by the Daily Star. "If I find something a little bit better, I’ll go with that.”

This is not the first time Price has fiddled with his walk-on song. In the 2022 Premier League Darts, the former World Champion briefly used Katy Perry's song 'Roar'. Also on that occasion however, it didn't last long before he switched back to Vanilla Ice.
