Sherrock averaged 91 in the end but averaged 95 throughout; hitting six 180's and 38 percent on the doubles with finishes of 106 and 100; as she came from a set behind to claim victory.
Evetts claimed the first leg but Sherrock showed her brilliance; by smashing in a 180 and 106 checkout for one a piece.
The Milton Keynes ace was averaging around the 95 mark constantly and really gave Evetts a game in the first set but it was 'Super Ted' who took the first set 3-1 with him not buckling under the pressure.
Like alluded to Sherrock averaged around that amount and that brought the multiple BDO major champion a set which she could hardly believe herself as she walked off stage having won the set 3-1 with three 180s so far including having going six darts into a nine-darter. Could Fallon do the unthinkable?
Sherrock continued her excellent play by hitting her fourth 180 and a 100 checkout to take the lead for the first time. Evetts hit back immediately though with a 60 finish for a 14-darter and 1-1. Sherrock broke with a 64 finish and doubled her lead as a result but she squandered multiple set darts and the Stockton ace forced a decider and as a result, he held his nerve to take a 2-1 lead.
Sherrock wasn't done though and she edged through the fourth set. This forced the decider and it was a poor start for Evetts who missed two darts at doubles; Sherrock hit double seven to lead against the throw.
She went on the brink at 2-0 up but Evetts trailed 2-1 in the decider; he asked the question of Sherrock and she answered it pinning double 18 for a brilliant victory.
