Smith demolishes Clayton in Cardiff to claim first win in Premier League

Michael Smith steamrolled local favourite Jonny Clayton in Cardiff to book his first victory in the 2020 Premier League Darts.

Smith won seven legs on the spin after Clayton took the first leg. Bullyboy took out 167 in the fifth leg to lead 4-1 and finished the match in style with a stunning 142 finish.

After a loss (to Glen Durrant) and a draw (against Gerwyn Price) the St Helens ace has now three points after three matches. The former World Youth Champion will face Daryl Gurney next week in Dublin.
