Michael van Gerwen is back in the top four of the Premier League Darts after a day of absence.
The world number one
booked an important victory over Michael Smith in the
Premier League Darts on Sunday evening. Van Gerwen rose from the fifth to the third place in the standings.
Van Gerwen is one point behind
Gary Anderson, while leader
Glen Durrant has five points more than the Dutchman. Durrant has almost secured his place in the play-offs with four matches left.
Gerwyn Price completes the top four at the moment.
The Iceman has a better leg balance than
Nathan Aspinall, who also has thirteen points.
Peter Wright (twelve points) and
Michael Smith (eleven points) are also competing for the play-offs.
Daryl Gurney is too far behind with eight points.
