Dimitri van den Bergh was planning to get married to his girlfriend Evi Loyaerts after the World Matchplay, but this intention can be put on ice.
Van den Bergh has been invited to the World Series tournaments in New Zealand and Australia, so he will have to travel to "Down Under" soon.
''As a result, I am away from home for another two weeks,'' the Belgian told VTM News in an interview. '
'It's all nice to experience, but behind the scenes you have to deal with sadness, loss and pain in the heart, because you have to leave your wife and little daughter behind.''
The wedding will now be moved to 2024. ''I can already reveal that it will be a summer wedding. We will make sure to pick a time where we are absolutely sure that nothing will get in our way on that day. We are going to wait for the calendar and then pick a date.''

I met Daniella at Silverstone when she was a grid girl in the F1 race and was very pleasant indeed.
