Newton and Winstanley full of praise about Remote Darts League

Wes Newton and Dean Winstanley were two of the most high profile names in the Remote Darts League but neither will be involved in the Play-Offs.

For both players, it was an enjoyable experience and they were full of praise for those involved in setting up and running the competition which will conclude on Monday night with the play-offs.

"I've really enjoyed it, I just want to say thanks to everyone at Remote Darts League. Everyone's done a great job so far. I've been really happy to be involved," said Newton.

Winstanley also spoke highly about the league: "I've to take my hat off to Jim and to the boys just to have the invite to this."

"I've enjoyed every minute of it and I do believe that after nine days it's took it's toll and I think I'm ready for the arm to be fixed up again. But I've loved every minute."
