Jan Dekker awaits a difficult task in the first round of the PDC World Darts Championship. The Dutchman has drawn Lisa Ashton, one of the two female competitors in Alexandra Palace.

Ashton is a four-time ladies World Champion and dominated the British Women's Qualifier on Sunday. She won 25 consecutive legs en route to the semi-final and also won her last two matches pretty easy. Dekker preferred to avoid Ashton, he told RTL7darts. ''Heavy'', was his first comment after the draw. ''It is a match where I can only lose on paper. On the other hand, it does not matter who you play. Everyone at the World Championship can play fantastic darts, but there is a bit of tension now. I may have to work on that in the coming weeks.'' ''Of course Ashton is not a player who I would have liked to play against in the first round. Especially because everyone expects that I will win this match. I'm trying to show my best game and if that happens, I should be able to win.''
