After the PDC World Championship comes Qualifying School where players will aim to win for the first time or reclaim their tour cards, information has been released on it and players can officially register.
The European Q-School continues at the start of January on the opening weekend of Lakeside. As per last year the winner of each day claims a tour card.
The UK Q-School on the other hand will run from the 17th-20th of January. Two players each day will win tour cards.
Further tour cards will be given out based on Order of Merit at the end of both weekends.
As previously alluded to, registration is now open and the deadlines are January 1st and 15th respectively.
Entry costs £450 and another bumper turnout will be expected in January.

- Maybe the supposed top players are burnt out from the endless travelling and tournaments, I just don't think they have the dedication or outright desire to win. I think they are more interested in the money and being popular, just keeping their rankings steady. The only thing that mattered to Phil Taylor was winning, not winning a few games to top up the money pot and seeking the fans attention. Maybe there is too many tournaments now and the enthusiasm is gone. This year especially has seen so many different winners and unexpected draws and line ups.richieburnettrocks14-11-2024
