It was another tense and dramatic
Q-School 2026, with players looking win games to give them the best possible chance of collecting a Tour Card. One of these players was German Marvin Kraft, who came third in the European
Q-School final stage Order of Merit with 10 points.
He was one of three players in Kalkar to get into double-digit points after an excellent four days which sees him confirmed to be a Tour Card holder for the next two years, with the chance to play against some of the biggest names in the biggest darting competitions in the world.
"I'm coming here and I didn't even have to get the tour card,"
he stated after getting over the line in a crazy final day of action.
Q-School is known for being brutal and cruel to so many players, with some missing out on an opportunity to play on the PDC Circuit by the skin of their teeth. This was not the case for Kraft, who despite his impressive showing, admitted afterwards that fortune was on his side. "I had a lot of luck, for sure. Yeah," he said after the last darts were thrown.
This will be the first time for him on the tour, joining the plethora of Germans already making a name for themselves, including Martin Schindler, Ricardo Pietreczko and Gabriel Clemens. He is set to make the most of it. "Yeah. I need to train a lot and just have fun," he stated.
The interviewer echoed the good news out loud once more: "Marvin Kraft, he's back on the tour for two years." In which the German replied, "Yeah, for sure," with a big grin and a thumbs up to the camera. He will be one of the 128 players battling it out for the huge rewards on the PDC Tour in the coming years.
