Gary Anderson from an outsiders view looking in has the easier of the two World Matchplay semi-finals but for him it is anything but as he sees Jeffrey de Zwaan as the player of the tournament and a real dark horse.

De Zwaan has surprised all even those who watch every tournament as he has taken apart Michael van Gerwen, Adrian Lewis and Dave Chisnall and for Anderson he believes whoever wins the tournament beats him. "Jeffrey to me has been the player of the tournament," said Anderson to Live Darts. "I've heard players saying they are going to do this and they are going to win this, but Jeffrey has been absolutely fantastic. "If you are going to win the tournament, you are going to have to beat that boy. "I've watched him in the practice room getting ready for his Quarter-Final. That boy is bang on it. "His manager was there, his girlfriend, he doesn’t even talk to them. "He’s just on that practice board doing his work. He’s here to do damage. "He keeps himself to himself and plays his game. He’s the dark horse." for more information about the World Matchplay. The prize fund breakdown for this tournament can be found .
