Daryl Gurney, Adrian Lewis and Gerwyn Price are all through to the Last 16 successfully as the second round action continues at the German Darts Open.

Gurney came through an eventful contest with David Pallett where he won 6-2 sealed with a 121 checkout on the bull. Pallett in particular produced a hilarious moment in the contest where he hyped up the crowd on a 170 to just hit the 18 to set it up. Lewis safely came through against James Richardson who was impressive in the opening day. He came through in a 6-3 win with 6/9 on the doubles meaning a polished performance from ‘Jackpot’. Price and Beaton was one of the best matches on the European Tour for a while with ‘The Iceman’ coming through 6-5. He wrapped it up with a 119 checkout in a match which produced six ton plus checkouts. Beaton himself hit 5/5 on the doubles but missed out in the end.
