Noppert fuels rumours of PDC move

Danny Noppert has decided to focus on a career as a professional darter. The Dutchman has resigned from his work to prepare for the 'adventure' and though it hasn't been confirmed.

This further fuels rumours that the BDO player will make the switch to the PDC and potentially join BDO World Number 1 Glen Durrant at Q-School either in Wigan or the new Hildesheim edition (which we reported on the other day) in January.

"With pain in my heart, I have resigned from my current boss so that I can prepare myself for a professional dart career from November. I'm full of it and looking forward to this adventure, "says Noppert on his Facebook.
'Noppie' made his debut at the PDC last year when he became a part of the Grand Slam of Darts.

In Wolverhampton, Noppert managed to get through the group stage by winning against Nathan Aspinall and major finalist Mensur Suljovic. In the last sixteen, Noppert lost 10-9 against world champion at the time Gary Anderson.
