One of the next tournaments that players are vying for spots in is the World Grand Prix. William O’Connor after his run to the final in Hamburg this past weekend has put himself into contention for qualification.

He still needs around £5,000 in order to get close to the top 16 in the ProTour Order of Merit required to qualify for the World Grand Prix though.
There is five remaining events before the cut off including three European Tours and two Players Championship events meaning potentially those who qualify for more European Tours could find themselves in qualification spots.
At the moment Josh Payne and Chris Dobey are in the last two spots but as we have seen this past weekend nothing is certain in terms of qualification for majors.
