Michael van Gerwen had an imperious run at the Auckland Darts Masters and this showed in the average stats. Van Gerwen hit four out of the top eight averages in the tournament.
His number one effort came in the form of a 105.87 in his quarter final clash with Gary Anderson.
The fact he hit four in the top eight shows the level of performance with him hitting the highest averages in every game. Raymond van Barneveld is next on the list with ‘Barney’ having a high effort of 102.79.
The only other three players on the list are Rob Cross, Gary Anderson and Peter Wright but with the first two going out early doors it does show Van Gerwen and Van Barneveld had the form in Auckland.
