Simon Whitlock went agonisingly close to hitting a 9-darter at the Masters in Milton Keynes, he missed D12 which would of sent the crowd into raptures but he still went onto win the leg.
He then went onto lose 10-8 though as he lost the following leg to 'The Machine' who moved on through to a potential Quarter-Final with 'Mighty Mike' Michael van Gerwen.
