James Richardson has taken the lead in Group A after the first day of play in the new week of Online Darts League action.

He won four of his five matches on Monday. Richardson lost his opening game to Chris Gilliand (2-4), but then triumphed against Richie Burnett (4-2), Colin Osborne (4-0), Michael Warburton (4-0) and Jim McEwan (4-2).
Until Wednesday, each player plays once a day against the other players in the group. The winner of this group goes directly to the final on Saturday.
The numbers two and three of the ranking will play a new group against three new players on Thursday evening and Friday evening. This is Wes Newton, Rob Collins and Mark Webster.
The numbers five and six of the ranking on Wednesday will also play a new group against new participants. In this group Matthew Dennant, Josh McCarthy and Steve Perren are the entrants.
They will be in action on Thursday afternoon and Friday afternoon. From the evening group, three players go to the final and from the morning group two, so that the final consists of six players.
