The Entry Lists for this weekend's Challenge Tour tournaments in Hildesheim have been published and one notable absentee stands out. Beau Greaves has not registered for the five tournaments being played in Germany.
From Friday through Sunday, the second tournament weekend of the Challenge Tour will take place. Five tournaments will be played during the weekend. Greaves is currently the leader on the Challenge Tour Order of Merit after winning two of the first five tournaments in January.
It is not known why Greaves is not competing on the Challenge Tour weekend. With her absence, the 21-year-old does put the lead in the rankings at risk. That could cost her dearly at the end of the season, as the two highest ranked players will receive an invitation to the World Darts Championship and receive a PDC Tour Card for the next two seasons.
However, it remains to be seen whether Greaves wants to qualify for that at all. In recent years, she also qualified for the PDC's World Darts Championship, but invariably preferred to participate in the Women's World Championship at Lakeside. Moreover, it is not known whether Greaves has ambitions to play full-time on the PDC circuit.
Beau Greaves will not play Challenge Tour 6-10. The Women's World Champion is not on the entrylist and won't make the trip to Germany.

Boris Krcmar and Simon Whitlock aren't playing either.
Beau also skipped Players Championships 7 & 8 next week, and PC 3 & 4 four weeks ago. If she next chooses to miss the Women's Series and PC 13 & 14 in mid-April then we can make a fair guess as to her reason.
