The darts world had to say goodbye to
Kyle Anderson far too soon this week. The Australian passed away at the age of 33.
For
Kim Huybrechts, who is currently playing a tournament in Slovenia, this came as an extra blow. "He felt like family to me. Nobody disliked him, because he was a very jovial man who listened to everyone", Huybrechts told AD.nl.
Disbelief on friend's passing
Huybrechts has nothing but good memories of Anderson. "What I liked about him? He often told very bad jokes, but you had to laugh very hard about them. Unbelievable that this will never happen again."
This week Huybrechts paid a nice tribute to Anderson by playing at the European Soft Tip Championships with Mike de Decker in a shirt with the Australian colors and reference to 'The Original'.
