Kuivenhoven disappointed after defeat against Wade: 'There were opportunities here, but I just didn't play well enough'

Maik Kuivenhoven lost 6-4 to James Wade in the quarter finals of the Dutch Darts Masters on Saturday, after beating Fallon Sherrock earlier in the first round.

The 33-year old Dutchman reacted very disappointed at Viaplay afterwards. "There were chances here, but I just didn't play well enough. It didn't work out the way I had hoped."

Cause

Kuivenhoven knew himself what the cause was. "Especially with my scoring ability, I failed in this match. This is a real bummer."
