Due to the Coronavirus, the darts season has been suspended until May at the earliest but for Keegan Brown, this means his work takes priority.
In this pandemic, many dart players like normal people have been advised to sit at home and use their free time to practice but for Brown that doesn't apply as he works as a laboratory assistant at NHS Foundation Trust so he is busier than ever tackling this.
"Thank you for all the kindness, just doing my job like all my colleagues across the country. Never been prouder to be part of this family"
Brown who got the nickname 'The Needle' due to his job splits his time between the two roles: “I have seen everything. Blood and urine, but also toes, feet and spleens, ” he said about his job a few years ago. "It helps me to keep my feet on the ground all of the time."
