Raymond and Ky Smith become first father son duo to compete in same World Darts Championship

Raymond and Ky Smith will make history as the first father and son duo to compete at the same World Darts Championship in December.

The latter, 19, won the DPA Oceanic Masters on Saturday coming through a field of 82 players across five venues in Australia defeating Bailey Marsh 6-2.

He defeated Rob Modra and Tim Pusey in the latter rounds. While his father booked his place on the Sunday winning the DPA Satellite Tour finals.

He previously played in the 2018-19 tournament and defeated Robbie King 6-1 in the final after seeing off James Bailey and Brendon McCausland in the latter stages.
