Michael van Gerwen will be making his fourteenth appearance at the World Matchplay this weekend.
As former world number one and two-time tournament winner, Van Gerwen has built up a good reputation over the years, but in his debut year the Dutchman was a lot less well known.
This led to the presenter of Sky Sports, Helen Chamberlain to ask Van Gerwen how to pronounce his name. The Dutchman was more than happy to show her how to pronounce it.
