Dirk Van Duijvenbode had a brilliant run at the Belgian Darts Championship reaching the semi-finals losing out to Gerwyn Price.
This builds on early season form for the Dutchman but nothing was like the feeling of this past weekend for 'The Titan': “When I threw that decisive double 8 in the
quarterfinals against Nathan Aspinall, I thought for a moment about 'dude, what have you done now'. Not that I didn't believe in myself beforehand, but actually doing it on stage is something else. "
"Since a few weeks ago, I really have a very good feeling about darts again", the Dutchman continued to RTL7.
"I have a lot of motivation to practice again, even at work I regularly throw my arrows," added Van Duijvenbode, who had to work again at seven thirty in the morning on Monday.
“It's great to hear all those supporters sing your name. It gives you a great feeling and drives you to a good performance. "
