John Henderson was greeted as a hero in his hometown of Huntly on Tuesday, after he and Peter Wright took the title at the World Cup of Darts last weekend.
Fans formed a guard of honour as Henderson drove his car into town. Many fans had brought Scottish flags and banners to show their pride at the local hero.
Once out of the car, 'The Highlander' took time to pose for a photo with those present.
