Wayne Mardle is considered by many to be the best entertainer at exhibitions and recently 'Hawaii 501' showed again why this is the case. Mardle was joined by former Masters champion
Joe Cullen for an exhibition, while legendary referee Russ Bray was also in attendance.
To the surprise of many onlookers, Mardle then did something that has become his trademark at exhibitions over the years. The five-time World Championship semi-finalist placed his dart horizontally in his mouth and blow the dart into the double with a beautiful arc, to the cheers of himself and the onlookers. Cullen could also appreciate this feat and showed a token of appreciation.

Running round at a 180 score
If you book Mardle for an exhibition, you are guaranteed to bring in a party animal. His colorful appearance and energetic nature ensure that the audience will never be bored.
The 51-year-old, of course, appears in his recognizable Hawaiian darts shirt. He then sets the crowd on fire
with his infectious walk-on to the Hawaii Five-O.
It only gets really festive when Mardle throws a 180 at an exhibition event. Then he runs around the room and high-fives everyone he meets. Once he arrives back on stage, Mardle supposedly sprawls out on the stage because of fatigue.
Icon without major success
The charismatic Mardle was a professional darts player himself from 1993 through 2011. From 1993 to 2002, he was active with the BDO, where he managed to reach the semifinals at Lakeside in 2001. In 2002, Mardle made the switch to the PDC.
At the PDC, he made it to the semi-finals four four times. Having previously lost twice to Phil Taylor in the World Darts Championship semifinals, he did manage to surprise 'The Power' in the quarterfinals of the 2008 World Darts Championship. However, Mardle then lost to Kirk Shepherd in the semifinals.
Mardle's record includes three major finals. He reached the final of the World Matchplay in 2003 and finished second at the Las Vegas Desert Classic in 2004 and 2005. Each time Taylor thwarted him in the final. Mardle still managed to win nine ranking tournaments at the PDC and was allowed to compete in the Premier League Darts a total of four times.
