Dobromyslova slams Ladies Prize Fund decrease as 'ridiculous' after victory over Prins

Anastasia Dobromyslova claimed victory over Sharon Prins to move through to the Quarter-Finals at the 2020 BDO World Championship but by her own admission she was not at her best.
Dobromyslova said that the only positive she can really take is that she is still in the tournament.
The multiple World Champion also reflected on the Ladies Prize Fund and said that her husband Tony Martin having to set up a GoFundMe page is 'ridiculous' and that Fallon Sherrock's exploits have not funnelled down as a result.
"I practised a lot. I spoke with Tony just before on the phone and he said it's probably the most you've done for a long time. Just don't know what happened on the stage, it was ridiculous. Hopefully I'll get it right for Thursday evening, it can't be worse than that surely," said Dobromyslova to Tungsten Tales.
"Have you ever seen me play so badly, I am just disgusted. One thing I can take is that I'm still in the tournament, only positive thing."
"I'm more concerned about the Ladies prize fund, it's just another venue really. It's good for Fallon (Sherrock) but it didn't bring nothing to us really, my husband has had to set up a GoFundMe page, which I think is ridiculous."

- It happens. Remember, anyone who has watched German and Dutch players in matches - their respective countries will have seen/heard just as bad jeering (if not worse). - Was watching an old World Masters final the other day between Eric Bristow and John Lowe, the crowd respect for both players on throw was first class, not a sound. You can imagine now the idiots who were whistling on De Deckers throw proudly boasting about it on social media.
