With the BDO World Darts Championship not taking place this month due to the organisation’s demise, DartsNews looks back at classic moments and matches throughout January from the showpiece event.
After winning his first BDO World title in 2017, it was back-to-back for Glen Durrant. With victories over Gary Robson (3-0), Darryl Fitton (4-1), Jim Williams (5-4) and Scott Waites (6-2), Duzza was in the final for the second consecutive year.
He took on Mark McGeeney in the final who missed two match darts which he later went onto regret as he fell 7-6 in the final.
